Apply to Attend ScotMUN

Thank you for your interest in attending ScotMUN XIX. This year's conference represents a wonderful opportunity to debate, discuss and negotiate some of the most important issues facing the United Nations in today's political climate. Set in the heart of the University of Edinburgh we hope delegates will work together over three days to negotiate treaties, build relationships and fully embrace the spirit of Model United Nations.

Apply to attend ScotMUN:

1.  The first step is to simply fill out the delegate application form.

2. The first few delegates who purchase both social and delegate tickets they will receive an early bird 10% discount. Once these early bird tickets are gone they will not return. 

3. Once your application has been processed our Allocations team will begin the process of assigning you to your committee and your country. These allocations take into account a wide range of factors including application date so those who are keen to secure their spot are best to do so sooner than later.

4. For those who require a visa, please let us know during the application process. You will receive an email on the next steps of the process. Please note that we do not process any VISA applications after the 15th of January. 

5. For all delegates, Allocations will be announced via email in early January alongside study guides. We understand delegates will be enthusiastic about receiving their countries but we politely ask for patience whilst our team works hard to ensure the best possible allocations. We look forward to announcing more information about this at a later date so keep checking our website and socials for more.
