The ScotMUN XIX Gala

This year, the ScotMUN Gala will take place at the Dynamic Earth Science Centre, right in the heart of Holyrood Park and the Old Town of Edinburgh, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Featuring a fabulous drinks reception, a traditional ceilidh, and a breathtaking backdrop of Arthur’s Seat, there is truly no better way to spend a Friday evening. Each delegate choosing to purchase a ticket will also receive a personalised invitation letter on the first day of the conference, which they must bring with them to be allowed entry. Additionally, please bring a form of ID, or you will not be permitted entry, as there will be a bar for attendees to purchase drinks.

Social tickets are available until the 27th of February, and all delegates wishing to attend must purchase a delegate pack beforehand as there are limited spaces available.

Committee Pub Socials

In 2022, the ScotMUN secretariat introduced one evening of committee-specific socials in order to cultivate a non-committee environment with which to build relationships with other delegates. Having proven to be an excellent success in the many years following, we are happy to announce their return once more this year! More specific information will be given to delegates by their chairs during the first committee session.

Note: Delegates under the age of 18 years old will not be permitted entry to either socials, as they will be held in spaces where alcohol is served.
